ABBY RYAN BENNETT
Abby Ryan Bennett is the Founder and Creative Director of Abby Ryan Design. She has spent the past decade working with a diverse mix of clients helping them develop and produce effective messages and design solutions across various mediums. Her work has been recognized by many prestigious design organizations and publications including: Print Design Annual, Society of Publication Design Annual, Communication Arts Design Annual, The Black Book AR 100, Graphics New Talent Design Annual, How Magazine Self Promo Annual Competition, and Art Directors Club of New York. Additionally, her work was selected to be part of the Library of Congress Permanent Design Collection.
After completing her BFA in Graphic Design at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, Abby moved to New York City where she worked on both print and web projects at Opto Design. After three years, she decided to try the sunnier West Coast, working as a senior designer at Douglas Oliver Design in Southern California. She has now returned to the Philadelphia area to open her own studio and once again experience the seasons. This bi-coastal designer has also spent time bi-continental – working as an adjunct graphic design professor for Tyler School of Art in Tokyo, Japan.
With a client list ranging from restaurants to radio stations, Abby has worked with a wide array of clients, some of which include: Academy of Natural Sciences, Alexandria Real Estate, America Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, The Cheesecake Factory, Moore College of Art + Design, Nike, NY Times, NYU, Pfizer, Studio 360, Rockwell Group, Ryland Homes, Tejon Ranch Company, Temple University, Universe/Rizzoli Publishing, and WNYC Public Radio.
